The Royal is the room we show people first. It is the largest we have, with space for a seating area as well as the bed, and it is the one that gets booked for the night that matters — an anniversary, a homecoming, the end of a long week of meetings.
It is the room the hotel is named for, in the sense that matters: the one we would want to be given ourselves.
